FREE DELIVERY(Contactless) on Orders B$50+ for Brunei-Muara only.
1. Door to Door Delivery Rates & Cost:
1.1 Brunei-Muara District, B$4 Flat Charges for orders below B$50 or less.
1.2 Temburong, Tutong & Belait District B$8 Flat Charges (no minimum order).

2. Curbside Pick Up is available in the time of Covid-19. Contactless & Free.
3. Cutoff Time: All orders received by 3pm are to be delivered on the same business day via our shipping options. Orders place on Sunday to be dispatched on Monday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods sold out are not refundable or exchangeable.
ELZ will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once order shipped/made.
In the unlikely event that a product received damage upon collection or arrival, please contact our customer service team for return instructions and return center address.
Note: Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact !
